Are you a Belgian waffle fan? Lately there's a waffle craze happening in Kuching. It's blooming like a mushroom. This Dot Cafe is one of the hot spots in town now.

The capacity of this cafe is REALLY small. Can only fits in 2 tables. The other tables are placed outside the cafe. Luckily ST3 is an empty mall, they can occupy the space next door. Around 9pm, the cafe will get fully occupied. Even good business on weekdays.

Waffle & ice cream, sounds fattening right? I'm ok to have it once in a while but still have to be health conscious. The waffle tastes so so to me as it is not so 'compact'. Anyway, it's up to personal liking. For me, it's nothing different from Magic Bite's waffle. Some might have preference of airy waffle right.
The only waffle makes me unforgettable is Melange Cafe's Strawberry Cream Waffle in Taipei. Moist and superb fluffy. Don't miss it if you are going to visit Taipei. But please make reservation in advance. Tips: if you don't mind the bar seat, let them know so that you will be served faster than the rest.
