We only spared a day for Brisbane trip. After unloaded our luggage at Annie's Shandon Inn, we head out to CDB immediately. On our way, passed by this City Tabernacle Baptist Church at the cross junction.
Finally we were at Queens Plaza, the upmarket shopping centre.
Have not had Hungry Jack's for 15 years. Its mushroom burger and french fries were my favourite.
Street performers on Queen Street
Queued up at Hungry Jack's for our lunch.
Hungry Jack's Whopper burger. I missed it.
Brisbane City Hall, inside here also has a casino but it was under renovation.

This is Australian White Ibis. First time I saw this kind of bird. I remember seagull and crow are very common in Perth. Not as big as White Ibis. Apparently they are not afraid of pedestrians. Thought its look very "unique" but when I witnessed it stole the hotdog on the table, I was so shocked. Have to be aware of this bird, not to get it near your table to snatch food away.
Adult Entertainment.. Hmmm. Interesting.
At Brisbane City Botanic Garden, we met this little lizard having sun tan.
My mum on the grass, well.. she doesn't really enjoy it like we do.
Names carved on the bamboo, mostly couples' name on it.
Old Government House in QUT precinct
The wheel of Brisbane at South Bank Parklands was under maintenance when we were there. Quite disappointed actually.

Victoria Bridge
We spent sometime sitting here enjoying the good weather and the view.
Instead of walking back to Central, we managed to catch a CityHopper at South Bank. Enjoyed the breeze and beautiful view on the river.
Goodwill Bridge, a pedestrian and cyclist bridge connects South Bank Parklands to Gardens Point.
We stopped at Eagle Street Pier.
The CityHopper & Kookaburra Queen 1 at Eagle Street Pier
The Story Bridge
There are a number of restaurants here at Eagle Street Pier. After working hour, restaurants filled up with executives drinking beer here. Nice view with nice beer.. Life is good!
We took the City Loop bus back to Queen Street. It is absolutely free. Just hop on and hop off. Last bus service ends at 6pm.
Our dinner, pasta, lasagne, pies, salad, cherries, kiwis and coke.
