Recently I discovered something extremely nice. Though the name itself is nothing special: Wanton Noodle but you would fall in love with it once you tasted it. Heavenly tasty!
Last Saturday, I had breakfast with friend who is very picky in food. At first, I ordered toast as I wanted something light. Sat down and waiting, spotted this stall selling wanton noodle which the noodle is made of duck egg. Sounds distinctive..
Decided to try it. We have waited quite long, guess about 30 minutes. I was thinking: it better be good one, otherwise I'll going to complain online. When it finally served, it's truly worth the long wait. Not only the noodle, authentic Hong Kong style, the wanton is spoonfully big with a whole piece of prawn inside. And not to mention the prawn is fresh. We love the soup too. One bowl of this costs only RM6!
My friend immediately decided to come again the next morning. So we had wanton noodle for subsequent two mornings. The taste is still lingering in my mind.
Other than noodle, they sell cheong fun too.
Wanton Noodle at Chen Fa Kopitiam is highly recommended!
