Heian Shrine wasn't in my list initially. We were on the bus and when about reaching the bus stop, there were many tourists getting down the bus. So we just followed the crowd. Walked about 10 mins, we saw Heian Shrine's Torri Gate.

We bought the entrance ticket 600 yen to visit the garden. Was hopeful to see more cherry blossom in Kyoto. The garden's most striking feature is its weeping cherry trees.
As the cherry blossom bloomed earlier, the cherry trees were not so attractive anymore on the 4th day of our trip.
